Bing Crosby Was Right

It snowed today and it was stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. It snowed from 6:30 a.m. and at 3:15, it's still snowing. We haven't had this much snow in Palmdale in 15 years.

It's so much fun. Katie and David got a chance to play outside in it. Katie had little snow boots and she loved walking in the snow to hear it crunch. I didn't have my camera when I was with Katie and David, but I took a few pictures at home. I came home early from work. No one was there, and my supervisor told me it was fine to leave. There was no point in being there anyway, since no one was coming in. On my way into the driveway, I actually got stuck and had to back in and out to get up the driveway. The snow was about 4" high if not more.

Heather and Desiree got adorable pictures of the kids and they will be posting them, so click on their pages to see them.

It would be wonderful to have more snow for Christmas day!

White Christmas

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas Just like the ones I used to know Where the treetops glisten, and children listen To hear sleigh bells in the snow
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright And may all your Christmases be white
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright And may all your Christmases be white
