Bunco, March 2009

I went to play Bunco today. It was held in Quartz Hill, at Lori's House. The theme this month was St. Patrick's Day, so most people wore green. We started out by looking at my sister's Glamour Shots.

They took them a couple of weeks ago at Anita's house.

The girl in the yellow is from Germany. She has been staying with Lori for a time. This was her first time playing, and everyone was explaining the rules to her.

Another Bunco winner. Whoever scores Bunco has to wear the hat, until someone else gets Bunco and takes it from them. Whoever has the hat when the game is over, wins money for "traveling".

At intermission we had cupcakes. Debbie had the hat during intermission, but Beary won for traveling.

My camera battery died before the game ended. I ended up winning $40 for having the most wins. I didn't even realize I was doing that well. Mary won for Biggest Loser, but didn't get any cash because we were short 2 players this time. She would have won about $15. Actually, Debbie and I tied for most wins, and we had to do a tie-breaker, which I won.

It was a fun day.
